Global After-Sales Terms

Global After-Sales Terms:

1.The original HONISMART product you have purchased is covered by a warranty of 24 month/1 year.

You should submit purchase invoice.


2. HONISMART will refuse to provide free warranty service in the following cases, but provide repair service and charge relevant parts and labor costs according to the situation.

a . minor faults or deviations in the quality of a product which do not affect the product’s value or fitness for its intended purpose any accessories supplied with the product

b. The product has been damaged due to wrong operation, negligent use or irresistible;

c. The product has been repaired without authorization from the company;

d. The product is not operated according to the installation instructions provided by the original manufacturer.

d. The sales invoice and the original warranty card cannot be provided, or the purchase date is out of warranty.


3. Warranty services do not include shipping costs and do not provide on-site service.

The right of final interpretation and modification of this warranty belongs to IH PAPER. and IH PAPER reserves the right to modify this warranty without prior notice.
